Your Subconscious Mind Rules Your World

Our thoughts create our ENTIRE reality. How? Because we don’t do anything unless we have an idea or a thought to go do it. Even things we do automatically were once a thought and now have been programmed into your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind, by the way, makes up 95% of your brain! We only access 5% of our conscious awareness everyday. And this is for our benefit because if we had to pay attention to things like eating, breathing, drinking, walking, talking.. We would completely DEPLETE our energy.
However, as I mentioned, we have a lot of programming in there that DOESN’T serve us. We have limiting beliefs, habits, behaviors that prevent us from achieving things we want. And those programs are what we need to change if we want to change our reality. I don’t care how much willpower or discipline you have, you will always revert back to your subconscious programming as soon as that willpower wears off.

So how do we figure out what beliefs are not serving us and how do we change them?
I’m not going to tell you it’s a quick and easy three step process. There might be trauma and emotions that we have suppressed and might need to work through. There might be beliefs we don’t even realize we have. In some cases however, we can unlock it in just a few minutes!
Where I always recommend people start, is to be aware of your thoughts.
Are you thinking about how tired you are, how many things you have to do, how stressed you are, how you have to pay all your bills, how you need more money, how your back hurts,…etc.?
Well how is that working out for you? How are those thoughts helping you? THEY’RE NOT.
They’re going to stress you out more and they’re going to attract more bad things because that’s all you’re focusing on. Would you rather keep focusing and complaining on how much your back hurts or do you want to go do something to alleviate it? Do you want to keep whining about how little money you have or do you want to take ACTION STEPS to bring more into your life?
You need to SHIFT those thoughts into something USEFUL for you. Say something positive. Give gratitude. Notice the abundance around you. Slowly raise your frequency. The more and more you do this, the more we can break down that iceberg and rewire those automatic thoughts and beliefs to SERVE you.
